Highly depends on the commission. May be 50% of the total price or less. (ex. Commission is 1,500php then additional for rush fee MIGHT be 750php)

Latest I will do is within a week ONLY if possible. Anything complex may need 2 weeks. Can be discussed.

Late Fee (shipping)

50php/per hour of no response at discussed time. Applies to both Pick up or Shipping.

Must pay late fee before I ship out the item or give during pick up. If client refuses I will not give the item.

I value my time so I will be very strict about this. I will be understanding if there are valid reasons for being late, but as much as possible let me know in advance if you will not be on time and I won't charge you. ONLY valid reasons. I will not waive the fee if your only reasons are you "woke up late" etc... I can excuse traffic but no more than an hour. Anything further I will charge.

Late fees will apply if there are no replies on the day discussed for shipping. Or for pick up.

I will not be liable for any damaged or lost items, but I will be making sure items are well packaged and will send image proof.

I tend to work on it within a month when it's needed. Rest assured I will finish on the week of the deadline. If there are delays you will be compensated in some way.

Rush orders will depend if I have the materials available.

I have a right to decline orders if I believe I am unable to deliver.

I have worked on limited projects so I'm very open to experimenting. Client will be informed if I am not too experienced on the order.

Please have the references indicate any specifications and details.

We will discuss details in DMs, but as much as possible have all the details you need worked out.

Client MUST give proper references with all the details clearly visible. Do not rely on me to do the research especially if I'm not familiar with the franchise.

You will get a discount for repairs on any of my work such as chipped paint, damage from use etc. But if client wishes to fix it themselves feel free to ask me how. There will be no charge for asking.

Please be familiar with my work before commissioning me. I don't tend to copy a prop 1:1 I usually add my own touch in the process but you will be kept updated so that you may ask for revisions.

I mostly work with EVA foam so manage your expectations.

I will show a draft on paper first if possible. This highly depends on the props.

Revisions are available especially during the drafting progress but once it is past drafts there may be additional fees if it's major and uses up more materials.

State in advance if you have special requests such as detachable parts, if there's a type you prefer, magnets, bottlecaps etc. If possible have the references indicate any specifications.

Restyling orders highly depend on how the previous styling has been done. Pricing may increase if I have to add lengths

Mostly done wired wigs and semi helmet wigs.

But can do full helmet wig. Up for discussion.

I can order the wig directly but client will have to pay upfront for the wig itself plus shipping.

If need restyling of an order originally from me client will get a discount.

Please be advised I'm not very knowledgeable in most fabrics. Mostly in names but I have worked on a few already.

With that said everything will first be discussed with client before purchasing any materials for the costume.

Highly recommend client suggests fabrics they prefer but this is up to discussion depending on the project as some may not be compatible on what client wants and what works on the outfit designs.

Client will have to pay ahead to purchase the materials.

Client may provide their own fabrics however if client sends low quality fabrics, quality will not be on me and I may decline the order.

Meet ups highly encouraged especially for fitting. Client will have to pay transportation fee if location is too far.

Forms submitted that I did not confirm will be ignored. The forms are mostly for confirmation and record purposes.
